How it works

01

Consultation & scope

We agree on goals, users and budget. If what you need is something I don't build, I'll say so on that call rather than three weeks in.

02

Design & proposal

Architecture, UX and visual direction built for the problem, not from a template. You approve scope and price line by line, and that price is then fixed.

03

Build in iterations

A working demo you can click through every few weeks. You see what you're paying for as it forms — no black boxes.

04

Launch & growth

Deployed on Cloudflare, measured from day one, technical SEO included. IP assigns to you on final payment, and defects are fixed free for 30 days.

// 04 — capabilities

FAQ

What projects do you take on?

Websites, web applications, internal business tools and AI integrations — from a company site with a booking calendar through to production SaaS. The common thread is projects where performance and engineering quality decide the outcome.

Who actually does the work?

I do. You work directly with the senior engineer who writes the code — no account manager, no handoff to a junior, no offshore bench you never meet. On larger builds I bring in a second senior developer I have worked with before, and you are told who and why up front.

How does pricing work?

Fixed price against a written scope. You get the number before anything starts, and it does not move unless you ask for something that was not in the scope — which goes through a written change order. Typical ranges: marketing sites from $8,000, internal tools from $12,000, AI integrations from $15,000, and web applications from $20,000. Prices are quoted in USD.

What are your payment terms?

50% to start, 50% on delivery for most projects. Larger builds are split across milestones tied to working software, not to calendar dates. Payment by bank transfer — for UK and Canadian clients that avoids the 2.75–3% non-sterling card fees.

Who owns the code?

You do. All intellectual property in the delivered work assigns to you on final payment. It lives in your repository, documented, with no proprietary dependencies and no license you have to keep paying me for. You can take it in-house or switch supplier at any point.

What if something breaks after launch?

Defects in the delivered scope are fixed free for 30 days after launch. Beyond that I offer ongoing support by agreement, but it is optional — nothing is built so that you are forced to keep me.

Do you build internal company tools?

Yes. Order tracking, approval workflows, dashboards, accounting and ERP integrations, and automation of processes that currently live in spreadsheets. Tools shaped around how your company actually works rather than the other way around.

Can you help us adopt AI?

Yes. I find the processes where AI measurably saves time — inquiry triage, document summarization, assistants over your own data — ship a pilot against a defined accuracy bar, and hand it over with the evaluation set so you can verify it yourself. Where the numbers do not work, I will tell you that before you spend the budget.

Can you build a site with online appointment booking?

Yes. Either wired into an existing tool such as Calendly or Acuity, or a custom booking system with capacity rules, payments and automated reminders when the off-the-shelf options do not fit.

Do you handle technical SEO?

Yes. Structured data, Core Web Vitals, indexing and Search Console setup ship with every site. This is the technical layer — content strategy and link building are separate disciplines and I do not sell them.

What are your working hours?

I cover US business hours: a full overlap with the UK, most of the working day with US Eastern and Central, and the morning with Pacific. Canadian clients get the same overlap as their US counterparts. All communication in English.

Who am I contracting with?

PETROVIC HOLDINGS LLC, a Texas limited liability company. US clients receive a W-9. Work is delivered remotely.

What happens if you are unavailable?

The code sits in your repository from day one, documented, so nothing is locked in my head or on my machine. For larger builds a second senior developer is already familiar with the project.
