Terms, before you ask
The answers most buyers have to extract over two calls. They are the same for every project, so they may as well be on the page.
Fixed price, locked scope
You get a written scope and a fixed price before anything starts. It does not move unless you ask for something outside it, and that goes through a written change order — so there is no open-ended invoice at the end.
50 / 50, or milestones
Half to start, half on delivery. Larger builds split across milestones tied to working software rather than calendar dates. Bank transfer — for UK and Canadian clients that avoids 2.75–3% non-sterling card fees.
IP assigns on final payment
All intellectual property in the delivered work becomes yours once the final invoice clears. It ships in your repository, documented, with no proprietary dependencies and no license you keep paying for.
30-day defect warranty
Defects in the delivered scope are fixed free for 30 days after launch. Ongoing support is available afterwards by agreement, never as a condition of the handover.
US hours covered
A full working-day overlap with the UK, most of the day with US Eastern and Central, and mornings with Pacific. Canadian clients get the same overlap as their US counterparts.
You contract with a US entity
PETROVIC HOLDINGS LLC, a Texas limited liability company. US clients receive a W-9. Quotes are in USD, and the exchange rate is held for 30 days from the quote date for UK and Canadian clients.
