Web development

Fast, modern websites focused on performance, discoverability, and conversion — including booking systems and technical SEO from the ground up.

  • Astro / static sites
  • Booking & inquiry systems
  • Performance & Core Web Vitals
  • CMS integration

Websites that load before your visitor leaves

I build on a modern static stack (Astro, Cloudflare) — no sluggish templates or bloated page builders. The result loads in under a second, passes Core Web Vitals, and ranks well, because speed and technical quality are ranking factors for search engines.

You work with me directly. I write the code, I answer your email. There is no account manager in between and no junior picking up the work after the sales call.

What I typically build

  • Company and marketing sites — services, trades, studios, local businesses. A site built to generate inquiries, with the conversion path as the starting point rather than an afterthought. From $8,000.
  • Sites with a booking calendar — online appointment booking for studios, salons, consultants, and service businesses. I integrate an existing tool or build booking from scratch with capacity rules, payments and reminders. From $9,000.
  • Sites with pricing and inquiry forms — a transparent price list and structured data build trust and conversion (see ParketyHned).
  • Redesigns and rescues — I take over an existing site, make it fast, and fix its technical SEO.

Always included

Every site ships with technical SEO from the ground up: structured data (JSON-LD), sitemap, meta tags, hreflang for multilingual sites, and Google Search Console configured. On request I also set up and optimize your Google Business Profile — often the biggest source of leads for local businesses.

How the engagement works

Fixed price against a written scope, split 50/50 or across milestones on longer builds. Intellectual property in everything I deliver assigns to you on final payment, and you keep the source code. Delivered scope carries a 30-day bug-fix warranty.

When it makes sense

  • You want a site that generates inquiries, not a brochure
  • You need online appointment booking
  • Your current site is slow or invisible in search
  • You want to own the site — code, domain, and data

How this works

  1. 01

    Free consultation

30 minutes on your goals and scope. You get a straight read on what makes sense — and what doesn't.

  2. 02

    Fixed-price proposal

Scope, price, and timeline in writing. The price does not move unless the scope does.

  3. 03

    Design & build

I work in iterations — you see the result as it forms, not just at the end.

  4. 04

    SEO setup & launch

Search Console, structured data, analytics. Deployed on Cloudflare.

  5. 05

    Care & growth

30-day bug-fix warranty on delivered scope, then maintenance by agreement or a clean handover with a guide.

What you get

  • Site deployed on Cloudflare
  • Google Search Console configured
  • Structured data (JSON-LD)
  • Analytics and conversion tracking
  • Source code you own — IP assigns on final payment
  • Content-editing guide

FAQ

Can you build a website with a booking calendar?

Yes. I build sites with online appointment booking — from wiring up existing tools (Calendly, Acuity, Cal.com) to a custom booking system with capacity rules, payments and reminders.

Do you handle search visibility too?

Yes. Every site ships with Google Search Console, structured data, and a sitemap configured. On request I also set up and optimize your Google Business Profile — for local businesses often the fastest source of inquiries.

How much does a new website cost?

Marketing sites start at $8,000. Sites with a custom booking system start at $9,000. You get a fixed price against a written scope after a short consultation — one number, itemized, no hourly surprises.

How long does a website take?

Two to three weeks for a marketing site once content is settled; four to eight weeks for larger builds with booking or a CMS. The exact timeline, with milestones, is part of the proposal.
