Who is responsible
This site is operated by PETROVIC HOLDINGS LLC, Texas SOS File Number 0805607336, 18383 Preston Rd Ste 202, 75252 Dallas, TX, United States. I am the person who reads and answers everything sent through it. Contact: hello@frontzen.com.
What I collect
One thing: what you send through the contact form, plus the technical details that come with submitting it. There is no account, no newsletter and no tracking, so there is nothing else.
- Identifiers — your name and e-mail address, so I can reply.
- Commercial information — company and approximate budget. Both optional; they help me judge whether I am a fit.
- Your message — whatever you choose to write.
- Internet activity — IP address and browser user-agent, recorded with the submission to keep the form from being abused by bots.
Please do not send sensitive information — health, financial account numbers, government identifiers — through a contact form. I do not ask for it and do not want it sitting in an inbox.
Why
To answer your inquiry and, if it goes somewhere, to agree on the work. The IP address and user-agent exist to stop spam. That is the whole list. I do not use any of it for marketing, and I do not sell or share personal information with anyone for advertising.
If you are in the UK or the EU: the legal basis for handling your inquiry is steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) UK/EU GDPR), and for the anti-spam details my legitimate interest in keeping the form usable (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long I keep it
Inquiries are deleted automatically twelve months after they arrive. That is enforced by a scheduled job, not by good intentions. If we end up working together, the project correspondence and records are kept for as long as the contract and tax rules require.
Who else sees it
No one buys it, and I do not share it for advertising. Two service providers process it because they run the infrastructure:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and the database the inquiry is stored in.
- Amazon Web Services — delivery of the notification e-mail.
Both store this data on servers in the European Union. There is no US requirement that it be held domestically, and keeping it in the EU means visitors from the UK and Europe get the stronger regime by default.
Cookies, analytics and Do Not Track
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no third party collecting information about you here or across other sites over time. Nothing is stored in your browser, which is why you were not asked to accept anything.
Because nothing here tracks you, a Do Not Track signal from your browser changes nothing — there is no tracking to switch off.
Your rights
These are offered to everyone who writes in, wherever you live, rather than only to people covered by a particular statute:
- know what I hold about you and get a copy,
- have anything inaccurate corrected,
- have it deleted,
- object to how it is being handled, or ask me to restrict it,
- receive it in a machine-readable format.
Write to hello@frontzen.com and I will deal with it within a month, usually the same week.
If you think I have handled your data badly, tell me first — it is faster than any complaint procedure. If that does not resolve it: in the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, and in Canada to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Elsewhere in Europe, your national data protection authority.
Changes
The date at the top is the effective date. If anything material changes — in particular if this site ever starts using cookies or analytics — this page is updated before that change goes live, and the date is updated with it.
